Booking Conditions
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. A valid photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Security Deposit
A deposit of CHF 500 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded upon departure, provided the accommodation has been left in good condition.
Payment Terms
For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Children and Extra Beds
Children of all ages are warmly welcome.
Baby cots and extra beds are available upon request.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior request. Additional charges may apply.
